A lifelong Nelson local, Finn Nalder brings a deep understanding of the region to his role at Summit Property Management. As a family relative of Summit’s founder and Director, Finn’s passion for the industry began early, with much of his family contributing to Summit’s success since its establishment in 1992. After graduating from high school, Finn built a career in the hospitality industry, working his way up to a managerial role. This experience equipped him with valuable skills in systems, processes, and people management - key attributes to a successful Property Manager. Finn approaches every challenge with a friendly demeanour, determination, and a commitment to achieving the best results. In 2024, Finn built his first home and became a landlord at just 20 years old - an achievement that speaks to his work ethic, dedication, and hands-on experience in property investment. Outside the office, Finn is passionate about fitness and gym training and is an active member of the community and the Stoke Rugby Football Club. Before beginning her career in property management, Jemma gained extensive administrative experience and held roles within the insurance industry.
